Caroline is 5 Months

On Friday, June 7th, Caroline turned 5 months old. We had a crazy busy weekend with Eliza's 3rd birthday party. But I grabbed some shots of Caroline being Caroline.

At 5 Months Caroline:

- jabbers a lot with girgling noises, squeals, and coos.
- is a morning baby. She is all smiles in the mornings and will lay there and watch us get ready.
- still doesn't sleep through the night. She wakes up 1 or 2 times but I have moved her into her bed.
- drools a lot. I keep thinking there will be teeth soon but nothing yet. Eliza had 2 teeth by now.
- has not rolled over. She doesn't like tummy time. We need to work on her rolling over.
- is still very sweet. She will grab your hand or arm to put it in her mouth and gives open mouth gummy kisses.
- when we pick her up she will put her little hands on your neck or face and bury her face in yours.
- she sleeps best when snuggled next to you.
- she still adores her sister.
- she is a sweet and mostly patient little girl.
- she is very alert and watches everything.
- she has develped pretty good grabbing capabilities.
- she tries really really really hard to sit up and almost has it down.
- she gives big gummy smiles.
- she's almost out of 3/6 month clothes, size 2 diapers, and 5 oz bottles.
- she still has lots of hair and it is getting long.

She is a pure joy to have around and we love her so much. I still can't believe she is ours.
