Caroline had a lovely birthday party back in January. It was a hot air balloon/up up and away theme. We kept it small with just family and it was actually pretty relaxing and fun. I really enjoyed it. 
Her hot air balloon cake: 
We decorated the mantle in honor of Ms. Caroline with her favorite stuffed animals and things about her. I think this may be our new tradition during birthday time.

The awesome balloon fun made up for the yucky cake. She laughed and laughed when the ballon would hit Papaw's head.
